All items MUST be returned in their original packaging to be considered for a refund. These items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Sarafina Fashion Collections product tags attached. We do not accept any returns/exchanges for Jewellery for sanitary reasons unless the item is defective.
If you receive the wrong item or your item is defective please notify us right away after receiving your order. Please immediately send us an email at sarafinacollections@gmail.com or WhatsApp (868) 466-2572.
All items purchased can be returned for store credit online. Sarafina Fashion Collections will not process a credit if the item(s) appears to have been worn. Store credit is only issued if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc), and with any/all product tags still attached. You can use your store credit on any product and it NEVER expires.
There are NO returns of discounted/final sale items.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund. We only refund shipping costs if there has been an error with the order.
